Industrial Design
Consulting with client project engineers and technical management to determine plant specifications and specific design requirements.
Develop plant design criteria to establish process design requirements, operational and maintenance access routes, safe spacing of hazardous equipment, determine zones and space for major process and utility piping systems, electrical cable tray routes, crane access etc.
Creating conceptual plans and layout studies.
Presenting the design and layout virtual 3D model to client engineers and management for review, comment and final approval.
Create and analyze material quantity reports to establish project total cost.
3D CAD Modeling
Accurately create all types of 3D equipment models, structural support elements including stair and other access appurtenances to evaluate equipment function, virtual plant representation, appearance, safety, and to determine design practicability.
